I just found out that Stevens is knocking 10% off the tuition rates for me and my cow orkers.
So, instead of hitting our company limit of $7500 in tuition, and having to pay about $1500 in tuition, we'll still hit the cap, but we might not be over by quite as much.
Since our union will kick in another $200 for unreimbursed expenses, I think that leaves about $100 of tuition and whatever the cost of books are as things I'll have to cover.
This solves a lot of financial dilemmas for this year. In fact it's looking to be a good year for me, as my car will be fully paid off this August.
Now I can actually start putting money away again and start saving for a house/rainy day again.
