Bridget Lancaster: And you can see this potato is a little bit green.  That's actually a problem with our supermarkets.  A lot of the time the potatoes sit out under the fluorescent lights and they develop this kind of green color.  What you can do is take them home, [to Christopher Kimball, host, standing beside her] kinda put them in a cold dark place like... say... your soul
